1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and h444 ("h444", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the h444 online casino and sports betting platform available at https://h444.biz and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through h444, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. h444 reserves the right to request documentary verification of your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on h444, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

• One Account: You may register and maintain only one h444 account. h444 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any wagers or bonuses associated with them.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h444 Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. h444 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on h444 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). h444 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

• Deposits are credited to your h444 account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. h444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing infrastructure.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be withheld pending completion of any applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible.
• h444 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum transaction limits and to modify these limits at any time.
• Any attempt to charge back, reverse or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction may result in immediate account suspension and pursuit of the disputed amount through available legal mechanisms.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on h444 are final once confirmed and may not be amended or cancelled by the player after submission. h444 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that is placed in error, that arises from a technical malfunction, or that exploits an obvious pricing error in published odds.

• h444 cricket betting markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — are governed by sport-specific rules published on the relevant betting pages.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators for RNG-based titles and by physical dealing or spinning for live dealer games. h444 does not control or influence game outcomes.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per event or per day may be applied at h444's discretion. Where a bet would exceed these limits, h444 may accept the bet to the limit and return the remainder to your account.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Where h444 identifies abuse of its bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies or any other mechanism designed to circumvent wagering requirements — h444 may void bonus winnings, forfeit the associated bonus balance and suspend the relevant account.

7. Responsible Gaming

h444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, sustainable entertainment environment for all Pakistani players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered h444 account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your h444 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express written consent of h444.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, regardless of whether h444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

h444's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits you have made to your h444 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

h444 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Privacy

h444's collection and use of your personal data is governed by the h444 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before registering an account.

12. Amendments

h444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 13. Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through h444's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. Nothing in this clause limits h444's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
